FoxRock showed a deep understanding of our business needs and worked closely with our National Facility team members and our architects to ensure every aspect of the buildout process aligned with our requirements. Their proactive communication and responsiveness throughout the project were excellent, making the process seamless and efficient. The FoxRock team was incredibly welcoming and hospitable as we transitioned from our former location to our new office location. We love how our space turned out and how the building provides a real sense of community for our team. Our employees enjoy coming to the office in part because of the effort FoxRock puts into creating a welcoming environment for them – from the tenant amenities and frequent events to charity drives and outreach via newsletters and their app.
Team
Jason Ward
Jason Ward co-founded FoxRock Properties in 2007. As CEO, he oversees the company’s portfolio, operations and performance. Throughout his 20-year career, Jason’s been involved in over $1-billion in commercial real estate transactions in the retail, industrial, commercial office, and medical sectors. He earned his master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina.
Rob Hale
Rob Hale is President and CEO of Granite Telecommunications and a co-founder of Copley Equity Partners. Rob currently serves on Copley’s investment committee and also serves as an entrepreneur in residence to assist the development of Copley’s portfolio companies. Rob founded Granite in 2002 and has grown the company into one of the largest privately held telecommunications services companies in the U.S., with revenues exceeding $1.7 Billion. Rob is the founder and board chair of Fox Rock Capital, a single family office based in Boston, founding owner of FoxRock Properties, a commercial real estate firm, and is co-owner of the NBA’s Boston Celtics.
He serves on the Board of Trustees for Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Connecticut College, and the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund.
Mark Carroll
As Chief Operating Officer, Mark Carroll is responsible for the operating performance of FoxRock’s growing real estate portfolio. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate, having worked on hundreds of investment and development projects totaling over $1-billion. Mark received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mark lives in Hingham with his wife and children.
Tyler Ahern
Tyler Ahern joined FoxRock Properties in 2024 as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing along with Life Safety Systems for the Northern Portfolio.
Jesus Baez
Jesus Baez joined FoxRock Properties in 2021 as a Building Engineer. In this role, he is responsible for the operations and general maintenance of all building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing along with Life Safety equipment and systems for our Braintree Portfolio.

Kate Bellis
Kate Bellis joined FoxRock in 2019 as an Assistant Property Manager and is now a Senior Property Manager. In this role, she oversees a portion of FoxRock’s portfolio which consists of 1.5M st ft of property located from Quincy, Braintree, and FoxRock’s Rhode Island portfolio
Troy Benjamin
Troy Benjamin joined FoxRock in 2018 as the Accounting Manager. In this role, he keeps record of the day-to-day transactions, manages accounts payable and receivable, and maintains banking, vendor and other third-party interfaces.
