SwitchPoint Quincy

The proposed development at 37R and 86 Parkingway, SwitchPoint Quincy, will revive a blighted portion of Quincy Center, which previously housed a parking garage and more recently, a surface parking lot. The project will be located within walking distance to the MBTA Red Line as well as several bus stops, creating a pedestrian-friendly and walkable environment.
SwitchPoint Quincy will bring much needed commercial development and jobs to the downtown area as well as support the City’s longstanding plans to revitalize Quincy Center.
